Fish was not up to usual standard was dry and overcooked obviously been in the dryer too long

5 Stars – Outstanding Food and Service! Fountain Park Fry is hands down the best takeaway around! The food is absolutely delicious, well-priced, and comes in generous portions. My go-to is the chicken steak supper – the chicken is fantastic because it’s not processed like you find at other places. The chips are always perfectly cooked, and even with delivery, they never arrive soggy, which is a huge plus. Tonight, I left a note asking for delivery at a specific time as I was putting my baby to sleep, and they went above and beyond. The driver arrived at the perfect time and was incredibly considerate, avoiding the buzzer to make sure he didn’t disturb the baby. This level of care and attention is so rare and much appreciated. Thank you for the amazing food and thoughtful service. Highly recommend Fountain Park Fry – they’ve definitely earned their 5 stars!

I enjoyed the fish and chips. The delivery time was superb. This was my first order. Happily try again and see if they can repeat it!!

For one combo box our order took 2 and a half hours. In this time your phone was also off the hook and you were unwilling to speak to customers. The longest I have ever waited on an order and the lack of customer service is appalling. Will no longer be using Fountain Park. AVOID

The fish was lovely but the chips were tasteless and uncooked. They had a strong flavour and smell of chips fryer oil which was off-putting. They didn't seem freshly done either.
