I ordered today at around quarter to 5 I haven't received my order still . Order number 10451895 . Can you please organise for delivery after 6pm on your next day you're open .

I enjoyed the fish and chips. The delivery time was superb. This was my first order. Happily try again and see if they can repeat it!!

For one combo box our order took 2 and a half hours. In this time your phone was also off the hook and you were unwilling to speak to customers. The longest I have ever waited on an order and the lack of customer service is appalling. Will no longer be using Fountain Park. AVOID

The fish was lovely but the chips were tasteless and uncooked. They had a strong flavour and smell of chips fryer oil which was off-putting. They didn't seem freshly done either.

It was one of best pizzas I’ve had in a long time

Food was on time but half the order delivered and when I called the person on the phone was rude and didn't care said i didn't click salad on the option wheni clearly did. We did receive the missing items but an hour later I have deleted the fountain park fry app from my phone. This is twice now I have ordered from the app and something has gone wrong. The last time I ordered lasagne from the menu to then be called and told they no longer do that item. The app is terrible and the staff are rude I won't be ordering anything from them again.

On this occasion I paid attention to the time it said to collect my meal. I still turned up early and found it was waiting on the counter. I didn’t get to see that until about 10 Mins in due to the queue so on this occasion it wasn’t the great experience it usually is because the food wasn’t that hot.
