Order was never received!

delivery didn't turn up at all tried calling the restaurant over 10 times no answer really not happy and trying to get my money back as paid by card

I ordered on the website and there were pictures of the food alongside the titles, so based on the image and title I chose my order. I was then presented with something different to what I had ordered and a can of juice I had not ordered so I assumed it was the wrong order. However, when I spoke to the chip shop I was told they didn’t know what images were on the website but that I had been given what o had ordered despite it being something different on the website images. When I explained this was a different dish they said they do not know what’s on the website imagery and that it was not a mistake on their part if the images showed different dishes. So I ended up with food that my son would not be able to eat and I had to cook dinner and no responsibility was taken by the restaurant despite the fact that the images they have next to the titles clearly do not match up on their end so be careful of ordering on their website. I do feel accountability should have been taken by the restaurant due to their misleading customers on their website but they would not take any responsibility for this.

Fish and chips were both freshly cooked, not overdone and of very good quality. I'd definitely use them again.

Hardly any chicken for the price and the small amount of chips were undercooked. The chicken was tasty but overall the meal was disappointing and overpriced for the size of the portions

I was recommended the Fountain Park Fry by my daughter and I’m glad she did. Easy to order online, quick delivery services, great value and excellent tasting food. I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely fish, but maybe too much batter.

As always, Fountain Park Fry's fish supper is delicious. Generous portion, fabulous fish, and perfectly cooked chips - with super fast delivery ... perfection.

Carbonara was nice and hot however the pizza was luke warm . I would still return in future.
